These citrus trees are three generations old, meaning they are one of the original Valencia oranges that grew wild in California before Orange County was industrialized. These are our favorite citrus in the entire world and we have tried endless amounts of citrus. They ship very well & we know you will love them as much as we do!

FUN FACT : There is a misconcpetion that Blood Oranges are a hybridization between pomelo and tangerine or other citrus, but in fact they are a genetic mutation of a sweet orange with dark flesh due to anthocyanin pigment. (:
